Signing the contract.

For every transaction we conclude an official contract. The contract describes your wishes and main technical points.

If you want to start the process, we will draw up an agreement and send it to you for review. If necessary, you may make any adjustments. Once the agreement is made you will be directed to make a payment for the work and start of development.

The contract guarantees you the execution of the order in accordance with the project description.

Standard development period.

The usual average period for developing web projects is 30 days. For packages "M" and "L" - 60 days.

However, you can order choose the priority option, which will confirm your order to be complete 2 times faster than the aforementioned time. This service will cost 30% more.

The development period does not include the time required for the client to gather information and make additional decisions.

Payment.

One of the payment methods is payment by card, similar to how you order goods in an online store.

Payments are accepted from regular bank cards using various payment acceptance services.

Payments can be split only into 2 parts.

However you qualify for a 15% discount if you choose to pay in full at the time of contract submission.

Payment by bank transfer.

An additional payment method is bank transfer via Internet banking.

Payment to a legal entity in the USA without VAT payer status. 

Payment to a legal entity in the EU with VAT payer status. Using such a legal entity may increase the total amount by 15%.

Guarantee for work and support.

All websites and apps come with a 6 month warranty. Please be aware to uphold the guarantee, exclusive access must be maintained by specifically the named users.

For 6 months, 10 hours of free consultation and troubleshooting is included.

Additional hours for consultation and/or troubleshooting can be obtained for the regular rate of $30 per hour.

Self-service website maintenance.

Each website created gives the owner the ability to independently edit content. The owner is provided with detailed instructions on how to make each edit. Including:

• Editing texts, photos, products
• Adding any number of individual pages
• Creating menus and information blocks
• Some design elements
